Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched from our Perth centre the next working day and sent with Australia Post. You should expect to receive it within 2-3 working days (from the working day following receipt of the dispatch email) for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Darwin and large cities and towns in QLD, NSW, SA & TAS can take 3-5 working days; other locations can take 4-6 days; remote areas can take longer. You may receive your order earlier than the time stated above but sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control. We ask that you please allow up to 8 working days for delivery before contacting us to request a refund or replacement order. All orders are dispatched the day following payment.

Payment is taken in full when your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.

Our databases are regularly updated based on current availability information supplied by the manufacturers. Inks/Toners can and do sometimes become temporarily unavailable whilst ordering, or they may reach end of life without prior notice from the manufacturer. 

BUYINKS will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All Inks/Toners and other products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a part is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order.
